Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Development & Management: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage new and existing vendors for electronic/electrical components. Build strong, long-term supplier relationships.
2. Cost Reduction & Negotiation: Drive year-on-year cost reduction initiatives. Lead price negotiations, annual contracts, and value engineering discussions with suppliers.
3. Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely availability of materials, manage lead times, and minimize supply chain risks to support NPD and production schedules.
4. Component Expertise: Deep understanding of electronic, electrical, and electromechanical parts, specifications, and market trends to make informed sourcing decisions.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Design, Quality, and Production teams to ensure sourced components meet technical, quality, and cost targets.
Skills Required:

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Drawing reading & GD&T expertise.

- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance procedures.
- Root‑cause analysis & problem‑solving skills.
- Basic Excel & ERP system proficiency.
- Strong communication skills for supplier interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in plastic moulding processes.
- Proven track record in managing supplier quality programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform final inspection of finished goods before dispatch.
2. Conduct dimensional and visual inspections as per drawings.
3. Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
4. Prepare and maintain inspection reports.
5. Identify defects, coordinate rework, and verify packing quality before shipment.
6. Follow quality procedures and standards throughout the inspection process.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic drawing reading ability.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
- Basic understanding of GD&T (preferred).
- MS Excel skills for report generation.
- Good observation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
