Pro Single Push Button Stations are premium-specification single-element industrial control stations from Esbee's Pro series, offering an extended variant range compared to the Gen Next single station — with seven configurations covering flush head, selector, mushroom head, lock and key, and push-pull actuation types for the full spectrum of industrial single-element control requirements including safety-critical, access-controlled, and specialised actuation applications. The Pro series advances on the Gen Next platform with enhanced component specifications, extended environmental ratings, and a broader range of actuation types that address specific safety and access control requirements.

The Flush Head Pro and Selector Pro stations provide the same fundamental control function as their Gen Next equivalents — flush push button and rotary selector actuation — with Pro-specification contact blocks, enhanced housing construction, and the more robust mechanical and electrical performance associated with the Pro platform. These stations are the correct choice for applications where component longevity and environmental performance must exceed the Gen Next standard.

The Mushroom Head Push Function and Push Turn Pro stations deliver large-format mushroom head actuation in Pro specification. The Push Function variant provides momentary actuation for alarm acknowledgement, reset, and run commands. The Push Turn variant provides latched actuation for emergency stop functions — engaging on depression and releasing only by deliberate rotation of the mushroom head. Pro specification in these variants means enhanced contact reliability, longer actuation cycle life, and better resistance to the aggressive cleaning environments that safety-critical control stations may encounter.

The Lock and Key Pro Station provides a key-operated push button that requires key insertion before the button can be actuated — restricting operation to personnel holding the key and preventing unauthorised activation of the controlled function. This station is used for maintenance mode activation, safety bypass authorisation, and other functions where access control to the control input is a safety or operational security requirement. The Mushroom Lock and Key variant applies the same key-operated access restriction to a mushroom head actuator, combining the large, fast-actuate target of the mushroom head with the key-controlled access security of the lock and key mechanism.

The Mushroom Push-Pull Pro Station provides a large mushroom head actuator that operates in both push (depression) and pull (extraction) directions — activating different contacts for the push and pull actions from a single actuator element. This bi-directional actuation capability enables a single station to control two different functions from one operating element, reducing station count and panel space while maintaining clear, distinct control actions. The push-pull variant is used in applications where related opposing functions — such as start and stop, or engage and disengage — can be logically associated with the push and pull directions of a single intuitive actuator.
