Product Description

Swiveling Mount Accessory for Adjustable Tower Light Angle and Direction

The Swiveling Mounting accessory for Esbee tower lights provides an adjustable-angle mounting interface that allows the tower light column to be tilted and rotated to direct the signal toward the optimal viewing angle for the specific installation — rather than being fixed vertically upright in the standard mounting orientation. The swivel function enables the tower light to be oriented toward the area of the production floor from which it will most frequently be observed, ensuring maximum signal visibility for operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel in the specific spatial context of each installation.

Fixed vertical tower light mounting is appropriate for the majority of industrial installations where viewing is primarily from below or at horizontal sightlines around the tower. However, in applications where the tower light must be seen from above — on a mezzanine level, through a production monitoring window, or from an elevated supervisor position — or from a specific oblique direction that the vertical orientation does not optimise for, the ability to tilt the tower toward the primary viewing direction meaningfully improves signal visibility without moving the mounting position. The swivel mount provides this orientation flexibility.

The swivel mechanism is designed for positive, secure adjustment that holds the tower in the set orientation without creep or drift under the vibration of machine operation. Once set to the optimum orientation during commissioning, the tower maintains its direction reliably throughout the installation's operational life. The mechanism allows readjustment if the viewing requirements change — for example, when a production layout change alters the positions from which machines are monitored.

Key Features

  • Adjustable tilt and rotation for optimised signal direction toward viewing area
  • Improves visibility for elevated, mezzanine, and oblique sightline monitoring positions
  • Secure swivel lock holds orientation reliably under machine vibration
  • Readjustable when production layout or monitoring positions change
  • Compatible with standard tower light column and base assemblies
