Gen Next Single Push Button Stations are compact, single-function industrial control stations from Esbee's Gen Next series, providing a standalone push button, selector, or mushroom head control element in a robust, self-contained enclosure for machine-mounted, panel-surface, or wall-mounted control applications. Available in five configurations — flush head, mushroom head push function, mushroom head push turn, selector, and selector lock and key — the Gen Next single station range covers the full spectrum of single-element control requirements across industrial automation, machine tool, conveyor, and process control applications.

The Gen Next platform represents Esbee's current-generation push button station architecture, incorporating the latest generation of Gen Next push button and switch elements within an enclosure design optimised for ergonomics, cable management, and installation efficiency. The modular Gen Next element architecture provides a consistent, high-quality control interaction across all station variants — with push button actuation forces, travel characteristics, and tactile feedback calibrated to the standard that industrial operators and machine builders associate with quality control stations.

The Flush Head Single Station provides a standard push button actuation point in the flush head format that prevents accidental actuation by brushing contact — the correct specification for general machine start, stop, reset, and acknowledgement functions where deliberate operator action is required. The flush head profile maintains a clean, professional station face that is easy to wipe down and resistant to contamination entering behind the button face.

The Mushroom Head Push Function Single Station provides a large, highly visible mushroom-head actuator for applications where the control function needs to be actuated quickly and positively — typically emergency stop, reset after alarm, or other functions that benefit from a larger target area for operator action. The push function variant activates on depression and returns to the unactuated state when released. The Push Turn variant latches in the actuated state when pushed and releases by rotating the head — the standard configuration for emergency stop stations that must remain engaged until deliberately reset.

The Selector Single Station provides a rotary selector switch element for mode, speed, or function selection applications where the control requires a defined position rather than a momentary or latched push action. The Selector Lock and Key variant adds a key-operated lock to the selector, restricting operation to authorised personnel holding the key — the correct specification for safety-critical mode selection, maintenance mode activation, and access-controlled machine functions where unauthorised selection must be prevented.
